So, we are now over 5 weeks in and we have learnt so much. We are learning something new every time we go out. From packing up the truck to the pack down, we are certainly getting quicker every time.
We are being asked to do many private gigs and have been going to our many local haunts. We have been at the 3 day Nelson Bay Blues and Country Music Festival, which was an eye opener and we have been involved in a couple of private parties which were awesome fun for both us and them.
We are going to have a busy couple of weeks coming up, with the Singleton Festival, the Pigsty in July Festival and off to McGuigans Wines for a possible favourite haunt to add to the list.
We are getting so many positive comments on our food, with so many people saying that, “The ….. is the best ….. I have ever eaten in my life”. We are loving producing quality food which is free of additives, preservatives, colourings and general bad, filler stuff.
We are listening to you guys and changing the menu…. the phrase, “you don’t make friends with salad” seemed to ring true…… not a big hit with the people, so we now have a well loved chickpea burger which is awesome and loved by many.
We pride ourselves on our quality food, which is locally sourced – after all, why would we need to get produce from further afield, as our produce is awesome and some of the best quality meats I have seen in a very long time. We are proud to support our farmers and local producers.
Our truck is awesome and very adaptable to our needs. We have been able to cater for 100’s of people with our street vending menu and also producing for many with our party menu. If you are thinking of a gig or a function, consider us for your catering needs. Just get in contact with us and we can see what we can do.
